Notes

  • Program notes:

The piece is a statement about the physical pain of a human, mirroring his mental state (either as a reason or a consequence). As a flow beginning in infinity, coming out of the chaos of the first movement, there follows a despair and a long journey through unconsciousness – the underworld of human soul. Sparks of light change with the flows of suffering. Brightening and consolidation, in contrast to darkening and disintegration. Though everything flows, comes and goes away, contradictions always wash over, the light changes with darkness and a promise of new energy is coming. With the flow everything comes into balance.
