Notes

  • Program notes:

In my work I like to magnify the listening and energy. Un bruit couleur de ciel (a sound of the colour of the sky, th title stemming from a series of poems by Ludovic Degroote) illustrates this once again.  It is a part of the cycle Ciels, 10 pieces for saxophone and electronics, under process.

The first performance was given by Simon Diricq and Flavien Cassacio, in October 2011 at the “Emergences Festival”, for which I am grateful to Jean-Noël Remiche, its artistic director.
