  • Program notes:

Pie Jesu (2015) for mixed choir STAB uses the text of same name from the final couplet of the “Dies Irae”. This work is influended by the harmonic colours of choral pieces from Lauridsen or Alcaraz. The counterpoint of voices tries to find the light that harmonies can bring to the religious text.
