Biography

Kueiju Lin

As a composer, Kueiju Lin enjoys working with acoustic and electroacoustic instruments, sound installations and interdisciplinary collaborations in both theater and dance. Her music has been performed in concerts and festivals in Taiwan and internationally, including Acanthes Music Festival (France), Festival d’Avignon Off (France), Murcia Arts Festival (Spain), Palma Dance Festival (Spain), Busan International Performing Arts Festival (Korea), Totally Huge New Music Festival (Australia), Asian Composers League Festivals (Israel, Korea, Taiwan), as well as in Japan, Poland, Canada and across the U.S.A..

She holds a Bachelor degree in Composition from the Taipei National University of the Arts and a PhD. in Composition from University of California, San Diego.

She is currently the music director of the M.O.V.E. Theater Group (Taipei) and an adjunct assistant professor in music.
