Biography

Eva García Fernández

Composer and saxophonist, born in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
She studied composition at the Center for Advanced Studies in Contemporary Music and at the National University of Tres de Febrero with important composers.
In 2011 with the group Ocho.compositores, she received the approval of the project "7 visions of intolerance", granted by the government of Buenos Aires.
In 2012 her work "From other sides" received the TRINAC mention.
She has coordinated and worked in several concert cycles to promote the diffusion of new music.
Her works have been played in several major auditoriums of the country by many renowned musicians.
