Biography

Sebastian Edin is a Swedo-Finnish sound artist and composer, who obtained a master’s degree in electronic music composition at DIEM (Danish Institute of Electronic Music) in 2017. His work includes fixed media compositions, sound installations, performance pieces, music for modern dance and theatre and pieces for instruments and electronics. He’s been part of numerous collaborative constellations on the Danish and international scene, working with artists such as Jens Settergren, the Piscine collective and British Neil Luck and the ARCO Ensemble. Production work includes projects with internationally acclaimed French-Lebanese sound artist Tarek Atoui, Jakob Bangsø, Aquasonic, Allan Gravgaard Madsen and JACK Quartet. His works have been presented in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Great Britain, Germany and the Faroe Islands.
