Submission info

The listed instruments are standard instruments, but the use of non-standard instruments is possible (additional expenses covered by the submitter). And more updated information on the categories may be found on the website later.

Submissions:

I. The official submissions (submissions of the ISCM members) can only be entered digitally by the ISCM members using the “submission wizard” on this website. The last-entry deadline is December 31, 2017 (Beijing time).

II. The individual submissions should be send in by regular post to the following address:

and mentioning: “Entry for the ISCM World Music Days 2018”
The postmark deadline is December 31, 2017 (Beijing time).

All submissions must be accompanied by the following materials and information:

  1. Completed and signed Application form available on the World Music Days 2018 Website (which will be established by October 15, 2017).
  2. PDF Score, or in the case of compositions without a written score-- audio/video documentation.
  3. Wherever possible, an audio or video recording of the work.
  4. A short biography of the composer in English (max 150 words).
  5. Program notes of the submitted work in English (max 150 words).
  6. Technical rider with the specification of all equipment that is necessary to perform the work.
  7. Proof of nationality of the composer (copy of passport).
  8. Digital photograph of the composer in high resolution.
  9. Website of the composer or the publisher if available.
  10. Proof of payment of the entry fee*.

*An entry fee of 50 euros applies to individual submissions. It should be paid by bank transfer to the account of the ISCM (by mentioning “individual submission ISCM 2018”, and your name):
